Common questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per race. The plan covers race-day from the morning through the finish, with no auto-renewal.
How does it work?
On race day, the runner carries their phone with the CurbCrew app open. We track their position on the course and surface it to the crew — live map, pace, and ETA to each spot you've pinned. You wait at the curb; we tell you when they're close.
Does the runner need an account?
Yes. The runner installs the CurbCrew app on iOS or Android and signs in — that's how you can know their live location and how they hear voice messages at each spot. They just need to carry their phone.
What does 'crew member' mean?
Anyone you invite to the runner's page who can plan a spot, see live tracking, and (on Silver+) share their own location and send messages.
